I am the owner/admin of a basic account for now, but I am unable to see/find the record option during meetings I host.   I'm using the Zoom Workplace App v6.1.7 (17235) on my IPhone 12.  I've enabled automatic recording in my zoom account online.  What else should I be doing?

A Basic account can’t record to the cloud. A non-desktop device can’t record locally. If you are a Basic account on a phone, there are no record options. 

You have 2 options:

  • Attend the meeting from a desktop computer to record locally 
  • Upgrade to a Pro account to record to the Zoom Cloud
