Recordings taking a long time to come through?

Hey there, somehow this week the recordings of my live sessions are taking absolutely ages to come through... its not my internet no problem there.... it keeps happening,  normally I get the recording after about 10 minutes but again I'm now waiting nearly 2 hours and its still saying processing... it was only a 75 min session.  Any idea why please?

    Cloud recordings generally take about 2 times the recording duration to process, so 2 hours for a 75 minute session is within the expected processing time.

    HI @Bort 

     

    The page below also says, in addition to the 2-times rule, that "due to unusually high volume during the COVID-19 pandemic, cloud recordings may require extra processing time that may take up to 24 to 72 hours".

     

    Do you know if that is still the case?
