I recorded a meeting yesterday using my iPad Pro (2018) running IOS 17.4.1  & Zoom version 6.3.5 (21266) Where will I find my Zoom meeting file on my iPad?     After logging in to my free account and switching on the option to record the meeting - I am now unable to find the location of the meeting file.    Can anybody help me, please?

Thank you very much DHW

Hello @DHW ,

It is true that Zoom provides up to 40 minutes of recording to your local machine even if you have a free zoom account.

Unfortunately, local recording via the Zoom app on iOS or Android is not supported. You would need to have a paid account and utilize Cloud Recording to record your Zoom meeting using the mobile app.

Here is a link to the above Zoom Support Article.

Outside of the Zoom App on iOS; It is possible to utilize the built-in iOS Screen Recording feature to record a Zoom meeting. This requires a bit of setup and sufficient space to store the recording.

I Understand you stated that you "switched on the option to record the meeting", if you feel like you did actually record the meeting, it may have been recorded via the iOS Screen Recording feature and would be stored in your iOS Photos app as a video.

I hope that this provides the information you need, reply if you have any further questions. Otherwise, consider marking this post a "Accept as Solution" so other Zoom Community members may find this solution as well!

Cheers!
