Hi:  I have not had Recording options for many months. When I received notification that my storage was nearing full, I cleared out all of my recordings. Why do I not still have availability in my cloud storage?

 

Any info I' would appreciate as there is ZERO customer service to my Pro plan?  Crazy.

Hey @MimiYoga welcome to the community! You can look at the available cloud recording storage at  https://zoom.us/recording/management where you can see the cloud storage by GB and file size of recordings.
