Recording storage limit

I have a 5 gig storage plan for zoom cloud recordings but I get a warning email when I get to 1 gig?!? Any ideas what’s wrong?

No idea. Can you drop in a screen shot of your recording page (https://zoom.us/recording) and redact any personal info in the titles and Meeting IDs?

What type of account do you have, and how many users are on the organizational account?

An email is sent to account admins whenever an account's cloud storage has reached 80% of their allotted space. This email is mentioned in this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity
