Recording on computer not possible

I want to record my zoom session on my own computer, but zoom only allows cloud recording. I have checked all settings and couldn’t figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Sylvia108,

 

Please log in to the account as an admin and go the Account Management > Account Settings > Recording & Transcript > General > Record to computer files > enable

This setting is already enabled, but I still can’t record to my computer.

That is enabled, but it still doesn’t work.
