I had convened an important meeting, but I was not able to see the recording of the same. It is a statutory requirement to keep the recording for some time. If I do not get the recording, the meeting will be invalid. Please help to retrieve the recording

You need to submit a support ticket to Zoom.  Nobody in the Zoom Community has access to your account.
