Recording not showing

My husband and I recorded our wedding ceremony this afternoon in the cloud. We did a test run this morning and made sure recording and everything worked well and saved.

the wedding ceremony, however, does not seem to have saved. I’ve tried searching the ID and looking just about everywhere I could on the website and I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I would access it, or is it just gone forever?
