I recorded a zoom call today - and got a message saying "Failed to covert recording as there is not enough space on the disk" I made more space on my disc by deleting files and tried to convert the recording by double clicking on the files in the destintion folder - but nothing is happening. Please help. I don't know what to do next. This recording is very, very important.
