Recording desktop

Hello,

I am using Zoom to record my desktop to help train and communicate with my VAs. After I create a recording, everything saves to my desktop. The Zoom folder contains the audio and video recording along with a third file. That file is a .conf file. How do I use that to share my recording with my VAs? All of the videos I have watched state that the third file should be a MP4. 

Also, I am not prompted to save to my laptop or the cloud.
