Recording conversion issue

Platform macOS latest

1) .zoom file exists

2) .mp4 exists

3) .mp4 played fine

4) curious: I double clicked on .zoom file

5) nothing happened

6) .mp4 doesn't play any more (corrupted somehow) - timestamp is still the original

I go to zoom application under RECORDED the meeting is not there.

Any idea what happened?

Any idea if recording not in that RECORDED tab, how to convert it?
