Hello - i have turned my voice prompt to announce a call is recording to "no one" However, sometimes on calls the voice prompt is activated - i dont know why this keeps happening- its all with calls with people that are internal and part of the enterprise account - any ideas on why sometimes we have voice prompts and sometimes not?

In our company we have the same situation. It would be expected that the prompt will appear at the beginning of out call. Unfortunately it happened many times that after 10-30 minutes the voice prompt appeared for both internal and external participants. This is disrupting many conversations with our clients. It gives false impression that the call owner just started recording. May you have any solution on that?
