Hello,
I am a resume consultant and have been recording my meetings with my clients for several months. I usually save the recordings on my lap top so that I can listen again as I start working on the resume. In the last recording I can hear myself, but I cannot hear my client. What happened? Everything worked fine during the meeting!
Help please!!!!!!

Hello @Pfelshaw,
If you recorded this meeting to the cloud, you can reach out to our Support team by signing into your account and in the top right corner click on support.
We can check and see if we can restore the recording to its original form if the recording was saved to Zoom's cloud storage. If the meeting was recorded locally to your machine then there is nothing that we can do. The transcoder file may have gotten corrupted while saving to your hard drive and we have no way of solving for that. I am sorry that this happened to you.
Let us know if we are able to assist you.
Thanks,
Brandon
