Recorded video not in cloud

I recorded a video to the cloud, but ran out of cloud space during the video - it didnt save the meeting to my account. It definitely is not saved to my PC. Could it be backed up somewhere in the zoom system? Can I retrieve it?

Hey @lucymichael, welcome to the community! Curious, did an email alert send to the account owner? If so, this should've been about the cloud recording storage is at 80% of the subscribed storage limit. If the storage limit is reached during a recording, the meeting will continue to record until it is ended. Was the recording not available within your recordings https://zoom.us/recording?
