Recorded video cannot be converted

When I double-click the recording file, there is no reflection. I find the meeting option in the zoom client, and there is no such meeting in the recorded one.

hello I have the same issue. I cleared disk space (as it was the problem that stopped my recording), but still now I can not convert it to my recording when I double click on the double_click_to_convert_01.zoom. What needs to be done to access the file?
