Recorded Meeting Videos Are Too Dark

Exactly what is being "processed"when a recorded meeting is being "converted"? In all my recorded meetings, the images (jpg, png, etc. are all far too dark. How can their lighting be adjusted without having to download and improve them using external software? I need to keep my videos in the cloud and share them with links.

    HI @aaarrr 

    When a recording is being processed, the raw video data is being converted into a standard video format that can be played by other video players. There is no additional light or color correction being done. Can you provide screenshots of what you see during the meeting and what is captured in the recording?

    I have a new laptop to have a better ZOOM meeting. However,  in the meeting, it is too dark and shadowy. Is there a setting to help - either on Zoom or on my computer?
