Hi
Is it possible to record a meeting video - but without the native language - i just want the meeting to be recorded with the interpreter's voice on the video
I have a subscription - so that is not a limitation
Can someone point me to the correct thread or give me a solution?
Thanks
Unboxedme

Hi Unboxedme,
My name is Krupa from Translate By Humans.
If you are a host, you can record the whole session with both the source and the Interpreters recording. If you are an attendee, you need to ask host to allow you to record locally. This way you can go to the Interpreter's channel and record locally 🙂 I hope this helps.
We can also assist you in Interpretation if required. Thank you!

Hey,
If you are the host, you could record the whole meeting with multiple interpretations across all the channels. In the recorded files, you can select the desired channel to access that specific recording.
If you are a participant, the only way to record would be for the host to allow you or share the host access with you.
I hope this helps.
Shivani, TBH.

Hi unboxedme.. If you only want to have the audio of the INterpreter in the local recording, then you need to mute the Original speaker (it is in the interpretation options for the attendee) when choosing your language channel. You should then only hear the Interpreter without the speaker. In this way you can do a local record with the video of the meeting and the audio of the INterpreter only.
Alternatively, if you are the license holder of the meeting, then in the cloud recordings you can access a seperate audio file for each Interpreter and then edit the recorded file and put the Interpreter's audio instead of the video's original audio. I hope this is what you were looking for!
We specialise in organising and running events with interpretation.
