Record Radio Button on Meeting Interface Greyed Out and absent during screen share dropdown

Dear Community,

 

I recently had upgraded to Windows 11 Pro on an HP desktop and I am trying to record a presentation on ZOOM but when I attempt to record the radio button in the Zoom frame at the bottom is greyed out and just takes me to the recording settings which are already correct.  I can hold a meeting, but I cannot record to my PC, the camera works correctly, the mic works correctly. I checked Windows App permission settings and Zoom is set up correctly.  Any suggestions?

Do you have recording enabled in the Zoom portal?  Also, is the meeting you are joining hosted by you or someone else? If someone else, see if they have disabled participant recording.
