Reaction report - Can't make out reaction type, all strange characters

Hi everyone,

 

Searched the forum but no results to my problem. Had a webinar yesterday, and when downloading the Reaction Report, instead of reaction type, like heart, cheeer, laugh etc. I get some strange characters in the report:

Anyone know how to convert the characters into something a human can read and understand?
