Hi There,

I need advise or help with re-transcribing my audio recording to a new lanaguage. It has been 3 weeks and there has been no updates (status indicates "Transcribing...") it seems that it might not work at all

@warrick There seems to be something wrong. Can you dm me, so that we can take a look, why the re-transcription got stuck?

@stueker , thanks for reachign out. Fortunately, it really took 3 weeks for the transcription to be re-transcribed to a different language - it was ready shortly after your last response. Thanks a lot for asking
