Click the Edit button to the right of your information:

Now click on the icon (or lack of icon, in your case), and you can upload an image there:

I have the same issue. I have a profile picture that has always shown when I turn my camera off but it stopped today. Yesterday it was in and out, if I left a meeting and came back it would show up. But today it is not no matter what meeting I am in or how many times I leave and come back...

I have the same issue, and my profile photo is still on the profile page, but it does not show up when I am logged into zoom and switch off the cameral. Only my name shows up. But it used to work before and I have not changed anything
