Raised hand in toolbar not available in all meetings?

I have turned on the setting to "show raised hand in toolbar" so that I can "Separate the Raise Hand reaction from the others for quicker access during a meeting"

However, I have a weekly meeting and I still have to dig for the raised hand under the "reactions" button--it doesn't show as a separate one.

Is this a setting that's unique to only MY meetings that I am hosting?

I would like to know why this feature was disabled and moved back to the Reactions heart. It says "This feature is only available with version 5.12.9 or later" For those of us who pay for the service to have this removed is sad.

I likewise have the "Show raised hand in toolbar" option enabled (I just confirmed), and am using the latest version of Zoom (6.2.5 as of this post). For my recurring meetings, the host does have the separate "Raise Hand" button on the toolbar, but none of the participants have it as a separate item.

Also, the location of the "Raise Hand" option is more obscure than previously, as the 'additional items' caret doesn't show the option anymore - the person has to click on the "Heart" button to see the option, along with the other reactions. Most of my meeting attendees are wary of just clicking such a button as they may think it'll do something directly that may disturb the meeting.

Please please PLEASE fix this option so that the Hand shows separately, as the Meeting option would indicate should be the case.

YES!!!! Really want to have the raise hand option separate and distinct in the toolbar!
