RECORDED MEETINGS ARE GONE

All of my recorded meetings are gone. I did not delete them. Also I signed into my acct via my phone and I cant open a recorded meeting from my phone bc its not the computer the video was recorded on; However this is my account. Why cant I access my recorded meetings/videos from my own phone when signing into my own account. In addition all of my videos from 2023 and 2024 are gone!

Where is the option to select, record?

If you recorded it locally, you will not be able to access it on a different device unless you send it.
If you recorded it in the cloud, you can check out this article on how to troubleshoot missing cloud recording.

I cannot find my recording in my Zoom account that I did within the last 2 weeks on a new computer - does that have something to do with it? I can see older recordings.

Yesterday, the 17 of october at 8 - 9.45 pm I was in a meeting and I recorded it. Today it is not to be found anywhere..... What do I do?
