Hi Team,
I hosted a meeting on the 3rd of June, 2025 but up to now I am unable to get the conversion files, and neither did the meeting convert to get the recordings.
I am using a Windows device, windows 11 pro, Zoom version 6.4.12.
I have already tried searching for the conversion files in the Documents and Downloads location but found none. I checked specifically under the Zoom folder.
Please assist. Thank you.

Sounds like you don't know the actual storage location for the recording on your local computer.
If you made a local recording and not a cloud recording then goto settings > recording > storage location then click open.
If this works please click accept as a solution.

Same thing happened to me July 11, 2025. I have a paid account. I clicked record and chose "cloud." The announcement played that recording was in progress. When I look on the Zoom Workplace on-line it says "no recordings."
