If I create a further meeting, with a business type, and then buy a large meeting,

will it be automatically applied as a large meeting to a meeting that I have previously created?

Large meeting is a limit for any meeting in session after purchase. Any previously scheduled meeting should have the large meeting limit until that limit expires from the purchase date.
