QR scanning as moderator in Live Event

Hi! Can anyone help me by guiding me on how to scan QR codes for onsite live event zoom meeting as a moderator with no zoom account.
For example I have a licence in zoom and create a live event, but the people moderating the event don’t have the license and they are going to do the scanning of the attendees onsite. How do I tell them what to do? If they don’t have an account how can they access the scan section?
thanks

It is not clear just exactly what you want to do. The live event is unrelated to the Zoom meeting. Scanning attendees onsite has no connection to a virtual Zoom meeting. If you are using the Zoom events QR code for check-in then

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Using QR code scanning as a moderation tool in live events allows for efficient attendee management and access control. It enables organizers to quickly verify tickets, authenticate VIP or press credentials, and monitor entry into restricted zones. This streamlines security and provides real-time data on audience movement.
