Q&A upvote function automatic order by most upvotes

Hi all, We recently noticed that on the Q&A function, when setting the questions to be ordered by "most upvotes", the app does not really organise them as before by the most upvoted unless you click the "refresh" button. I wanted to check if auto refresh is disabled now?
