Q&A for an already scheduled Zoom meeting

I have Zoom Workspace Pro for up to 1000 participants. I have an already scheduled Zoom (not a webinar) set for Tuesday night with over 700 participants. I cannot find a Q&A button at the bottom of the screen; only the chat button. I have tried the Zoom instructions to go to "Details" but nothing comes up to enable Q&A. Can someone help me?
