I am using Zoom mainly for online training. Therefore, I have to send a lot of invites out. In my profile I set English as my language, while I am German based in Germany. When logging out and log in again, all settings are displayed in German. I need to go back to my profile and set English as language actively again even though my setting shows English a language. 

How can I set this permanently to English?

I'm assuming you're talking about having set the language here:

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page and look for Language here:

Change with the pull-down menu and see if that sticks.
