Profile picture not showing up when I join a meeting or turn off video

I have a profile picture for my Zoom account which previously showed up when I joined a meeting (before I turned on Video) or when I turned Video off during a meeting.

Recently my profile picture stopped appearing when I was signed in with the

video off. This has happened in several different meetings.

I have a Zoom account, and if I start a meeting my profile picture does appear when I have Video off.

How can I fix this?

Hello, Caroline. I'm sorry you are having issues with your profile picture not appearing with the video off. Here is what I would try.

Go to the Zoom web portal. www.zoom.us
Sign in
Click Profile
Click the pencil (see the image attached)
Add a new photo
Save if needed
Start a Zoom meeting with the app and see if your picture shows with the camera off.
