Profile pic doesn't show in meetings

When I log in to my profile on the web (zoom.us), I can see my profile picture. I have also followed this article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065840, but it doesn't display when I join a meeting. It used to display, but then stopped working. Do you have any suggestions on what else to try?

Two possible reasons.
You have dont show when camera is off
The zoom settings of the meeting you joined have disabled the use of profile pictures.

Where exactly do I toggle 'You have dont show when camera is off'? I am not finding it.
