Profile Picture

I have a zoom profile picture but it doesn't populate when I'm in someone else's meeting. Please advise how I can use this picture when I turn off my camera.

How  to show profile picture at meeting when camera is off.

The meeting host has the ability to prevent participant profile pictures. Is this only happening for one hosts or all hosts?
