Profile Picture Options

Can we have the ability to set multiple profile pictures, and then an option per meeting whether we want to display one of the pictures or just leave it blank/initials of user etc.?

I may want to display different avatars for different types of meetings I participate in - having such an option would be very advantageous and a great usability update.

Just like we can change virtual backgrounds, we should be able to choose from a set of profile pictures we have set up...

Unfortunately, at this time there is no feature to load multiple profile pictures, or to select a different picture for each meeting.  We would welcome it at a feature request, though, and you can submit a request here to get it in front of the product team.
