Profile Pic

My Facebook profile pic somehow became my Zoom profile pic too. Now that I'm using Zoom for office hours, I needed to change it, so I changed it on Facebook, and in SETTINGS in Zoom the new pic shows.

But when I open my personal room to do office hours with students, it's the old pic. The old pic is not great for a teacher/student interaction! 

I have signed out and signed back in on both Facebook and Zoom. In My Account in Zoom, it's the new profile pic. When I start a meeting, before I turn on my video, it's still the OLD pic.

Help??

Hi Jennifer, 

It happened with me once - all I did was restart my PC & log in to Zoom. Let me know if that works for you as well?
