Profile Logo is download automatically once Zoom meeting is started and during the meeting

Sorry for the delay in responding.  This is not an issue I have heard of before, and to be honest I am having trouble understanding what is going on.  When you say it is downloaded multiple times, can you please verify where it is downloaded to, or how you know it is downloaded multiple times?  Have you tried modifying your profile picture in your Zoom profile to see if that resolves the issue?  Are you using SSO, or signing in with work email?

This is happening to us as well. It is not downloading multiple times, but it does download automatically once during our meetings. How can I change the settings so that this doesn't happen?
