Problems with converting and recording

When I finsih a meeting which has been recorded and when the recording is about to convert I get this message "Files from unknown sources".  This didn´t happen before. I wonder why I get this message now. 

 

I don´t know if it is related to this, but once I download the video recording, only a few of the cameras of the participants in the meeting are shown and the rest of the scree is black. Thanks for your help in advance.

I'm having the same problem. Previously always able to convert to local recording. Now says "Files from unknown sources." I click on convert anyway and it does not convert the recording. Thank you for your help.

My client has the same problem with "files from unknown resouces" warning every time when he stops recording. This very annoying him...
