Problemi con il video (nero, pixellato) nella visualizzazione oratore

Ciao,

 

nella condivisione della mia immagine ho problemi con il video. Chi mi vede ha un video nero o pixellato che va e viene. Particolarmente questo accade nella visualizzazione focus oratore mentre nella modalità griglia non accade. Consigli?
