Problem sending a recording to a participant

I changed the name of the Zoom and now it doesn't show as being a recording.  I see it in my zoom file as a Quicktime as a recording with a number and also the renamed recording yet have no way of sending it to my client.

    Here is how you can enable cloud recording. Currently looks like you are setup for local recordings:
