After setting the MTG from the zoom schedule, I will send an attendance request to both A and B from Outlook at the same time.
A receives the correct meeting link, but for some reason B receives the old meeting link.
Both of them use Outlook on Android. They received an invitation email in outlook, and when B opens the attached ics file, it is a past mtg invitation.

Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Remove the meeting invitation from your calendar.
2. Refresh your Outlook calendar to ensure it's up-to-date.
3. Open the new ICS file you received and re-add the meeting invitation to your calendar.
This should update the meeting details and resolve any issues
