Pro acct change to BASIC acct unsolve [since 21/1/2022]

Made multiple reports since 21 January 2022 and my PRO account remain as BASIC. All my meetings auto ends at 40minutes mark. Zoom auto deduct this month subscription without fixing my problem. How can I resolve this?

    This morning my account was charged over $300 and I purchased a year of Zoom at the end of October 2021. I also lost my account info and now have Basic only after having to resign up.  Have they been hacked? Something odd is happening and I am sure that we must not be the only ones. Hair pulling at Zoom must be happening. I hope they get these issues sorted out easily. It can't be fun for them or us.
