Hi could any one tell m if I can send invites to other with out showing others the emails I'm sending 

I.E. some don't have company emails so use their personal emails?

You could create a separate invitation for each attendee. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, for sending BCC Zoom invitations that hide the emails of the other attendees from each other.
