How can we prevent transfer meeting host rights to a meeting participant outside of my Zoom account?

Hello avshch,
I don't think you can prevent the option to make someone a host if they are outside of your account. You can enable an option in Admin > Account Management > Account Settings > Identify guest participants in the meeting/webinar (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004791123-Identifying-guest-participants-in-the-meeting...).
This can make it easier to make sure you don't transfer the host permissions to anyone labeled as a guest. Hope this helps!

To prevent the transfer of meeting host rights to an external participant, take the following steps: enable the option for only the host to start the meeting when scheduling, use unique meeting IDs and passwords, verify participants before granting access, review the participant list during the meeting, educate participants about safeguarding host rights, and stay updated with security patches. These measures help minimize the risk of unauthorized individuals gaining host privileges and maintain control over the meeting.
