Does anyone know how to have a background image and music playing before the host joins the meeting?  I open my meeting room 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and would like to have a graphic with some music if possible.

You can customize the waiting room to show an image or play a video. I have not heard of using music alone.

Thanks for the helpful response.  I can get as far as uploading an image to my customized Waiting Room but it won't upload and that section of the screen goes red.  It looks like one needs to be a Licensed User to customize the waiting room.  I have a Pro (paid) Account, do you know if that is the same thing?
