When on zoom presentation, some of the effects on my original slides are deactivated. For instance, how to keep transitions, noise effects, show a youtube video  or other documents from a PPt zoom presentation?

    I've never heard of Zoom causing animations to not appear for a powerpoint. I would suggest checking for updates to Powerpoint, your video drivers, and Zoom itself. 

    Also, the audio from shared content will not automatically be shared. You must manually share computer audio as well.
