Post Meeting Survey

I would like to send a follow-up survey to all who participated a week after the meeting ended. Is this possible? I can't seem to find any information concerning this question.

Hi @pts101 welcome to the Zoom Community and thank you for posting for the first time!

Currently, our system only displays a post-meeting survey immediately after the meeting ends. However, you can still send a follow-up survey a week later by using the "Survey Link" feature. Here's how:

  1. Go to the "Surveys" menu.
  2. Create your survey.
  3. In the "Personal Survey" tab, click on the '…' symbol next to your survey.
  4. Select "Copy link."

You can then share this link with your meeting participants via email or any other communication method a week after the meeting.

Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Regarding the post-meeting survey, I sent a follow-up email to the participants of a meeting that I had hosted a few days earlier. The survey URL was the same as the one generated during the meeting. Some participants appear to have submitted the form, but I cannot find the results in my account. Is there any way I can retrieve the survey responses?
