Post-Meeting Participantlist, Organisator was not present

I have the following issue: the meeting was recorded, and I was the alternative host. The actual organizer of the meeting couldn't attend. However, I don't see the list of participants in the usage reports. Can the organizer still view this list even though they weren't present, if I can't? We really do need it.
