If a Zoom meeting ends and you are redirected to the Zoom ‘Post Attendee’ page, does this mean you have left the meeting and can no longer be seen or heard by the other participant?

Yes, once you’re redirected to the Post Attendee page, you’ve completely left the meeting  your camera and mic are disconnected. It’s basically Zoom’s confirmation that the session has ended for you.
