Possible bug: Zoom doesn't remember position of the meeting room window + has made it inaccessible

Hi, Zoom has started to open the meeting room window at the top of my screen where the title bar is inaccessible.

 

Even thought I can move it using Window's snap it keeps opening here.

 

Shouldn't Zoom remember where you position the meeting window?

 

This looks like a bug?
