Hi - we have a Enterprise account and have enabled polling on that level. But some of the hosts are seeing polling and some aren't. We manage the accounts, so they don't have access to any personal meeting settings at Zoom.us that would allow them to disable it for themselves.
What I believe to be true is that it will enable it for any meetings that are created after the enablement is put into place, but will not add it to any meeting created before enablement occurred. Can anyone confirm?
