Plan - PRO : issue related to Subscription

I had problem regarding exisitng Subscription Plan of ZOOM PRO.

 

2 payments were late - so my account converted to Basic. 

 

How to reinstate same Subscription Plan along with Discount thing
Any help appreciated.
